Hauling wind blades across eastern Colorado

Pretty big, aren't they? Typical wind turbine blade; my uneducated guess is this might go to at least a 1.9 MW turbine.

We've passed probably about five so far (which means we should be coming up to the sixth).



Ha! And even as I typed this, three more blades went by going westbound - totally different manufacture.

Yeah. Wind is big business out here. Which is good, because all else I see from the truck is brown grass and a desiccated corn crop.
